Meet Leah and Shyah —sisters, Brooklyn natives, and the heart and brains behind The Flower Pot BK and its newest outpost at City Point BKLYN. Born and raised in the historic Vinegar Hill neighborhood, just a stone’s throw from their Park Slope storefront, their Brooklyn roots run deep. Leah, a visionary entrepreneur with an eye for beauty and a love for lush, luxurious florals, first dreamed up the idea of a flower shop. She brought the vision to her sister Shyah, a doula and holistic healer passionate about herbs, wellness, and creating intentional spaces. Together, they saw an opportunity to merge their worlds, and The Flower Pot BK bloomed.
