Heights and Hills

Heights and Hills serves close to 3,000 adults over the age of 60 and their families living in Brooklyn every year. They offer case management, in which social workers and case managers directly reach out to help those in need. Heights and Hills is dedicated to making Brooklyn a more livable community for people of all ages.
