WC Art & IPRC
Opened in 1972 as WC Art and Drafting Supply Co., this Downtown Brooklyn store catered to the needs of local artists, college art departments, and students in the area. Named after the original founder, Walter Chin, the store is now reopened as WC Art & IPRC (Independent Publisher Resource Center). It serves as a one-stop art supply store, with an Art Bar & Kids Area where artists can explore their creativity. WC Art & IPRC also carries a curated collection of signed socially-conscious comics and Trades from independent publishing company A Wave Blue World.
