Downtown Brooklyn Partnership (DBP) is seeking a food and beverage operator for the Albee Square kiosk at one of Brooklyn’s busiest public spaces.
Albee Square is a major focal point for Downtown Brooklyn – a place where famous Fulton Mall merges with City Point BKLYN – home to Target, Primark, Trader Joe’s, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, and dozens of other major retailers. It also sits at the heart of a neighborhood that has experienced a residential boom over the past five years, and is one of the fastest growing downtowns in the nation.
Albee Square hosts dozens of public events at Albee Square annually
The Plaza attracts thousands of visitors daily. It serves as a central gathering space for live performances and community celebrations year-round. The Kiosk at the Plaza presents a unique opportunity for a food operator to reach a broad and diverse customer base — from students, residents, and office workers to shoppers, tourists, and daily commuters.
