Gone are the days of exercising (or pretending to) in your cramped apartment — rejoice, Downtown Brooklyn, for IRL fitness activities are here!
Start your week with Chelsea Piers Fitness! Hit the pavement and push your body to new limits in this free outdoor class that combines bodyweight strength and cardio, challenging both your energy systems and motor control. This class is open to all levels and will take place at The Plaza at 300 Ashland every Monday at 6pm until October 4th. More info here.
Get a mid-week kick with lively, free, outdoor Zumba with Natarsha McQueen from the Dodge Y. A highlight of our Downtown Brooklyn Presents series, Zumba happens every Wednesday at 5:30pm. Sign up and find more details here.
