Menya Jiro’s unique ramen is a careful mix of tradition and innovation. The broth is enriched by combining both tonkotsu (simmered pork broth) and chicken. Menya Jiro is the first to bring “Kagoshima Ramen” to NYC. Soy sauce and seasoning are sent directly from Kagoshima Prefecture in Japan, allowing the flavors to remain completely authentic.
