DTBK Presents: Chelsea Piers Fitness Amp’d
Start your week with Chelsea Piers Fitness! Hit the pavement and push your body to new limits in this class that combines bodyweight strength and cardio, challenging both your energy systems and motor control. This class is open to all levels.
Weekly, through October 4th (no class on September 6).

Advanced registration is encouraged and all participants must sign a waiver in order to participate. If you are feeling sick, please do not attend.
